Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the team’s pipeline/performance against key metrics and objectives, consistently helping the team meet SLAs
  • Provide own/broader team with subject matter expertise and guidance to perform their job function; coaching team to make decisions that are effective and well-grounded based on guidelines, policies, and insights
  • Cultivate an environment of strong team work and client focus
  • Operate as escalation point for the team
  • Collaborate with product, technology and internal teams for roll out of PMOD – Platform Modernization
  • Lead collaborative dialogue with partners/stakeholders to advance the book of work, improve processes/systems, understand changes, resolve challenges
  • Evaluate and present solutions to improve controls across the organization and process
  • Identify and execute initiatives to maintain a robust end to end process
  • Connect/Engage with stakeholders to drive change and for better customer experience
  • Be Agile and Flexible in multi-tasking as per business need
  • Manage and prioritize initiatives that are requested by stakeholders
  • Review of documentation for entities such as Corporation, Trust, Private Holding Company, Individuals as per the policy/jurisdiction for all KYC/CDD documents and raising request for information/documents
  • Responsible for verification of client data
  • Assisting in Client Servicing activities
  • Researching client inquiries and managing follow-up communication
  • Manage new Client account opening and Perform account Maintenance activities (Client Communication, Suitability, Tax forms processing)
  • Adhoc remediation as part of regulatory and business requirements

Required qualification, skills and capabilities:

  • University degree holder (including MBA) and / or with 15 - 18 years of professional experience in Client Onboarding / Account Maintenance / KYC Maintenance or other related disciplines
  • Proven ability in team & book of work management; with capability to deep dive into the detail
  • Ability to map processes end to end
  • Ability to drive Change and Transformation in Ops
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
  • Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
  • Able to work under minimal supervision; adaptable to work in demanding environment
  • Demonstrate capability to co-ordinate different tasks and perform related follow up until completion
  • Identify critical requirements and potential gaps by understanding complex and interdependent processes.
