What you need to know about the role-You will be involved in initiatives related to Compliance and Controls within the finance/payments sector and mainly support the Compliance and Engineering teams to understand & categorise requirements (e.g. PCI, ITGC, regulatory), describe controls and review related processes.
This includes the opportunity to learn about the control lifecycle, how a requirement is/ becomes part of the software architecture and how AI can support compliance teams.
Duration: 6 months, full time.

Job Description:
You will have the opportunity to work on a project which will improve the processes around controls and audits, making the work more efficient and removing workload from the teams.
Your day to day
You will be collaborating with the teams, and support efforts to:
- Categorize requirements,
- Mapping documented controls to requirements,
- Reviewing and updating control descriptions,
- Supporting teams to document existing controls
- Contribute ideas and inspire to improve processes
What do you need to bring-
- Excellent oral, written, andcommunication/presentationskills
- Strong organizational & analytical skills
- Good team player with a collaborative approach to work and be able to create quality relationships quickly, whilst also working well independently and cope with ambiguity.
- Have a good sense of initiative, self-motivation
- Eager to learn and have fun along the way
- Requisite right to work full time in Sweden, from May 2025 for 6 months.
