The Program:

Commercial Organization

Responsibilities:

  • Compensation

  • Assist in the administration and analysis of compensation programs.
  • Conduct analysis on compensation strategies and best practices.
  • Analyze data and processes related to employee compensation.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on compensation and engagement findings.
  • Customer Engagement

  • Participate in meetings and contribute ideas for improving our Value Review processes and Ecosystems engagement.
  • Support the creation and implementation of customer engagement strategies.
  • Provide analysis and planning support around our customer engagement processes.

Education and Experience Required:
• Currently enrolled in a four-year college and returning to school following the internship.

  • Graduate between December 2025 and June 2026.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong Project Mgmt. skills.

Preferred Majors:
• Business Administration
• Human Resources
