Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Craft and implement engagement strategy for business teams on generative AI workforce impact, change management, and product adoption.
  • Plan and facilitate information sessions and trainings with teams to improve product awareness and adoption.
  • Build customer journey and conduct product and market analysis to identify pain points on customer journey and provide recommended approach.
  • Design marketing and educational materials suited for teams seeking more information and learning opportunities.
