Description
- Approve and track purchase requisitions, ensure proper purchase order management, including timely payment of vendor invoices and expense recognition- Administer all invoice processing, approval and payment workflows ensuring adherence to Accounting & Finance policies- Provide support and training to R&D on the Purchase-to-Pay process and general procurement topics- Performs other duties and special projects as directed
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, or other related field
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to problem solve and effectively prioritize workload
  • Great teammate who is willing to assist other team members in getting the job done
  • Proven ability to build effective business partnerships
  • Able to exercise good judgment and discretion within Apple’s policies
  • Technical aptitude with database management and analysis
  • Knowledge with Financial databases such as SAP
  • Other financial systems & tools experience a plus: eApproval, Tableau, GRID and excel preferred
  • Extensive experience working with Purchase Orders, Invoices, Budgets, and vendors; Knowledge of R&D environment to best support the Business
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $33.00 and $47.75/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
