We’re seeking a strategic and data-driven individual to help accelerate growth within our Electronics and Home Improvement categories. In this role, you'll play a critical part in driving our category expansion strategy by collaborating with high-impact sellers and cross-functional teams. Your team will be directly accountable for the success of your categories, with a focus on end-to-end performance.
Develop and implement a comprehensive category strategy for a two-sided marketplace, spanning the full eCommerce journey—from identifying buyer needs to post-purchase experience.
Partner with internal partners to deliver critical initiatives that enhance both buyer and seller satisfaction.
Lead relationships with top sellers, brands, and external partners to drive significant business impact.
Analyze category performance and provide actionable recommendations to drive optimization and growth.
Maintain healthy inventory coverage and identify assortment gaps; work closely with Account Management and Business Development to address needs.
Define and track core category health metrics—including pricing, inventory breadth, discoverability, customer satisfaction, and overall experience.
Collaborate with regional teams, global marketing, and account managers to align on trading strategies and incentive programs.
Support ongoing growth initiatives across various cross-functional teams.
2–4 years of experience in buying, merchandising, or category management within retail or consumer products. eCommerce experience is required.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
Customer- and data-centric approach with a proven ability to turn insights into impactful strategies.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a results-oriented approach to achieving KPIs.
Skilled in partner management, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to extract meaning and insights from complex data sets.
The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
