• Research, map, and validate user journeys for our products with an emphasis of how language can increase adoption and improve onboarding.
• Create help documentation (embedded help, multi-media, and documentation) targeted at various user profiles.
• Write UI texts and other UX copy to enhance the usability of our products in close collaboration with all stakeholders.
• Create or participate in creation of video tutorials to guide our users through the apps (script writing, screen recording, video editing) that match our video guidelines.
• Define terminology (simple, consistent, and conforms to industry standards).
• Adhere to standards and guidelines to deliver high quality user assistance.
• Participate in initiatives to improve tools, processes, and content.
• Act as an advocate for an excellent user experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, UX Design, Computer Science, or any other related experience
• Substantial experience in information development, technical writing, or content development
• Ideally first-language proficiency in English, or excellent written and spoken skills in English
• Experience in technical writing
• The ability to express complex technical information in a clear and precise manner
• Outstanding communication, writing, and grammar skills
• The ability to work within tight deadlines, deliver on time, and ensure high quality
• Flexibility and a readiness to communicate with other team members and to participate in knowledge transfers
• Excellent organizational skills
