You will spend each day defining, refining, and delivering set goals for our firm. You would be providing comprehensive support for the day-to-day Operations for FX Products. This is an Individual Contributor role.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead FX trade lifecycle operations, ensuring smooth confirmations and settlements.
- Manage daily volumes, meeting timelines and service standards.
- Escalate issues promptly to mitigate risks and resolve breaks.
- Engage with clients and internal partners via email and phone.
- Utilize Microsoft Office for BAU activities and report preparation.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and controls.
- Analyze and resolve nostro breaks efficiently.
- Coordinate with Trading/Sales desks and Middle Office groups.
- Adapt to currency cut-off driven environments.
- Maintain high service delivery standards.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

- Hold a Bachelor's Degree.
