LEAD & INSPIRE

  • Lead and inspire the greater account team around you
  • Ensure account teams and Partners are well versed in each account’s strategy and well-positioned for all customer touch points and events
  • Maximize the value of all sales support organizations
  • Annual Revenue – Achieve and exceed quota targets
  • Sales Strategy – Develop comprehensiveterritory andaccount plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth
  • Forgenew and expandedrelationships inyouraccounts and leverage those relationships toincrease demandthroughout the organization
  • Territory and Account Leadership - Lead designated territory, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles
  • Encourage all accounts to become SAP references
  • Effectively collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure consistency of message to customer

CULTIVATE & GROW

  • Prospect for opportunities using various methodsand technologies such asOutreach, Zoom Info and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Grow relationships with the customer to become their trusted advisor on their innovation journey with SAP
  • Follow a disciplined approach to maintaining a rolling pipeline
  • Leverage support organizations including Marketing, Business Development, Partners and Channels, to grow pipeline
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive business plans to address customer and prospect priorities and pain points
  • Leverage SAP entire solution portfolioin sales pursuits, in collaboration with Line of Business Account Executives
  • Sellbusinessvalueand outcomes vs technology features and functions
  • Maintain CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information

ANALYZE & INNOVATE

  • Develop innovative strategies to network into buying centers
  • Actively understand each customer’s technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy and competitive landscape
  • Maintain White Space analysis and execution of initiatives on customer base
  • Review public information (e.g., new executive appointments, earnings statements, press releases) for the company and its competitors to remain updated on key industry trends and issues impacting the prospect
  • Understand SAP’s competition and effectively position solutions against them

YOUR PROFILE

  • Lead role and demonstrated success with complex transactions and from sales campaigns in a competitive market
  • Proficiency in Account and Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Software License and Cloud Subscription Revenue
  • Builds C-Suite relationships, networks with Buying Centers
  • Ability to Lead, Cultivate, and Innovate to land new customers
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
  • Minimum 5 years of qualified experience
