Minimum Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in a strategy, customer experience, or customer journey function
  • Experience in e-commerce, checkout, or payments
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success of developing impactful initiatives that drive business growth or address clear long-term objectives.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, including proficiency in Keynote, Powerpoint, Google Slides, or equivalent.
  • Proactive self-starter with an outstanding ability to find opportunities, simplify complex initiatives into streamlined customer experiences, and work through ambiguity to define clarity.
  • Strong track record of problem solving with a bias towards action and results, while maintaining extreme attention to detail and resourcefulness.
  • Experience in, deep knowledge of, and passion for the global retail and/or e-commerce B2C industry - including, but not limited to, familiarity with shopping trends, consumer behavior, and/or conversion optimization.
  • Fosters relationships and builds bridges across teams, leading through influence and flexibly adapting to feedback.
  • Experience in P&L management, conversion optimization, subscriptions, financing and/or loyalty programs a plus.
  • Demonstrates Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity.
  • BA/BS degree, MBA a plus.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
