You will report directly to our Advanced Field Service Engineer, and you will work out of our St. Louis,MO location on a Hybrid work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide advanced IT support, assisting with issues, and ensuring timelyresolution.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, sharing knowledge and best practiceswith the IT support team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to improve support processesand provide valuable feedback.
• Monitor and analyze IT support metrics to identify trends and recommendprocess enhancements.
• Develop and maintain documentation and resources for IT support.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT hardware and software.
