This position is very challenging, and you will work on several projects, under a tight schedule, and in a dynamic environment.
What will you be doing?
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment in the laboratory.
- Ensuring the laboratory is a safe and effective place to work, and that the test equipment is well-maintained and properly used.
- Set up and maintain electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power Analyzers, power supplies, Signal generators etc.
- Assist engineers and researchers in conducting experiments, tests, and evaluations of electronic circuits and systems.
- Troubleshoot electronic circuits and systems to identify and resolve issues or malfunctions.
- Assemble and solder electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) according to schematic diagrams and assembly instructions.
- Assist in the design, prototyping, and fabrication of electronic prototypes and experimental setups.
- Keep accurate records of test results, equipment maintenance, and inventory of electronic components and materials.
- Collaborate with other team members to support research and development projects and meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and validation efforts.
- Assemble and solder electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) according to schematic diagrams and assembly instructions.
- Assist in the design, prototyping, and fabrication of electronic prototypes and experimental setups.
