KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for ourcustomers
• Guide and oversee equipment installations, maintenance, andrepairs
• Provide advanced technical support and training to customers
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive continuousimprovement initiatives
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with keystakeholders, including customers and suppliers

The annual base salary range for this position is $58,000 - $82,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. YOU MUST HAVE:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in Fire Alarm fieldservice or a related technical role
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in relevanttechnologies
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and people-oriented skills
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multipleprojects and tasks
