Sense-check, feedback and confirm the final output of each store format against brand and commercial objectives (product type, launch flow, marketing calendar, mandatory range, retail space, consumer journey, etc.)
Output all merchandising boards for all store formats
Handover assortment plans to Visual merchandising Team for output of Visual Merchandising(VM) renderings
Handover assortment plans to the Account teams for store level planning and depth completion
Deliver assortment plan(AP) presentations at Seasonal Sales Summit and provide material and support for Sales Training, Accounts Pre-lines, Tenjikai
AP room Sample merchandising / Management together with BU Category and VM for Sales Training, Accounts Pre-lines, Tenjikai
