Responsibilities: - Provides support for teams across a global IT function, with a focus on facilitation of work, encouraging decision making, and conflict resolution.
- Works closely with other senior roles to help develop and refine the end-to-end process for planning and delivering sprint work across a mix of cross-functional and technical teams.
- Provides line management for a small team, ensuring they are setting and meeting objectives, following our collaborative planning processes, and delivering to the highest quality.
- Coaches their teams to follow best-in-class practices to achieve success, identifies blockers, and takes an active role in removing them.
Required Skills and Experience: - Scrum Master experience of at least 5 years for multiple teams, applying Scrum principles, and theory to sophisticated environments that are not 'pure Agile'.
- Experience leading and developing a team, taking accountability for their performance, objectives, and outcomes.
- Experienced user of Jira for sprint management, with experience of board configuration and JQL searches. and advanced functional knowledge of Excel.
- Advanced understanding of servant-leadership management styles, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and continual improvement.
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience: - Knowledge of on-premise Jira implementation.
- Deep understanding of Waterfall project planning methodologies.
- Experience designing and developing reports using PowerBI (or a similar reporting suite).
- Professional Scrum Master level 2 (PSM2 or equivalent).
