Stakeholder management and representing Procurement in various forums.
Act as a strategic partner to the local country to lead the local sourcing events and achieve savings and working capital improvements to targets set. Be aligned with Teva corporate strategy and financial targets.
Consolidate local spend to globally managed suppliers.
Execute complex sourcing events as well as local ones.
Change management for the site during transformation time of Procurement.
Being the bridge / Supporting issue resolution in case of escalations towards Regional Hub and/or Global categories during the transition phase.
Price negotiation, contract and supplier management for local suppliers.
Work closely with Global Category Managers and Regional Procurement Hubs to influence and follow global category strategies for/within the given area of responsibility to ensure alignment between Procurement, Business Unit and Corporate Goals.
Achieve a defined set of Procurement objectives.
Assure compliance with Procurement policy and all company policies (HR, EHS, legal compliance, Code of Conduct, etc.). Influence evolution of the procurement policy and other procurement processes in the best interest of Teva.
Qualification
University Degree in Business / Chemistry / Sciences/ Industrial engineering
MBA preferred
5-7 years of professional procurement experience within global organization, indirect spend focus
Pharma industry experience: 2+ years preferred
Proficiency in spoken and written Hungarian and English
Professional certification in purchasing or supply chain is desirable, e.g. from ISM (CPSM, CSM, CPM), from APICS (CPIM, CIRM), from EPIM, etc.
