Responsibilities:

• Supporting the work of HR Business Partners
• Preparing regular and ad-hoc HR reports in Excel
• Planning and processing exit interviews, occasionally conducting them
• Preparing presentations (PowerPoint and Power BI) and occasionally presenting them to management
• Participation in HR projects

Requirements:

• Full-time, active student status (for at least 1 more year)
• Ability to work approximately 25 hours per week
• Intermediate English language knowledge both in written and oral
• High proficiency in MS Office Excel (knowledge of functions, pivot tables)
• User level knowledge of other MS Office programs (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• Interest in the field of HR
• Perseverance and accuracy in work
• Analytical, logical mindset
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Advantages:
