What you'll do...
, you will lead research across different customer areas to help transform complex workflows and information into easy-to-use experience designs. You will use your knowledge of the Design Thinking process to both coach the team and individually collaborate with partners, facilitate conversations, run design sprints, and conduct generative and evaluative research. You will use your great strengths in storytelling to share your research point of view in a compelling, convincing manner to the broader team. You’ll make an impact by:
Crafting a strategic research roadmap that pulls from a broad toolkit of in-person and remote research methods including interviews, un-moderated studies, field studies, participatory design, co-creation, diary studies, surveys, and usability testing.
Leading research and working well with others.
Solving complex problems with curiosity and openness.
Thinking holistically through the entire ecosystem of end users and competitors.
Switching gears from deep design thinking to rapid-fire execution.
Having exceptional communication & presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Minimum Qualifications...

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...Option 2: 6 years' experience in market research, business analysis, UX design research, or related area. 1 year’s supervisory experience.
