Description:
- This institutional equity sales position is for a Director level role, based in San Francisco and with at least 10+ years of financial markets experience (especially in the US market).
- The salesperson will market Citi’s US equity research product, corporate access and equity capital markets, delivering alpha-enhancing investment recommendations and resources.
- Work with internal partners in research, ECM, corporate access, derivatives, delta one, prime and trading to generate client dialogue and consumption of Citi research, products and events.
- Monetize all client consumption
Key Responsibilities:
- The salesperson will work across the Citi Equities franchise, partnering with Execution, Delta 1, Derivatives, Research, Equity Capital Markets, Prime Finance, Platform Sales and more.
- The salesperson will have primary/senior coverage of Citi’s key client relationships, with an aim to drive broker votes, revenue and wallet share.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance, Economics or an equivalent field.
- 10+ years of experience in an Institutional Equities Sales role at a broker dealer.
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, with a keen focus on attention to detail.
- Resourceful, independent thinker and self motivator who can excel in an ever evolving industry.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses.
