Identify new licensing opportunities and prepare licensing projects.
Lead and close patent licensing deals while taking into account strategy and business goals of the company.
Develop strategies and sets goals for licensing projects and relating customer engagement plans to deliver recurring revenue.
Be responsible for high quality of processes and standards in his/her own area.
Support organization in achieving business goals and targets. Ensures that working environment encourages innovation.
Demonstrate strategic thinking and a broad business perspective in order to design and develop projects, processes and content relevant especially for our patent licensing business.
You have:
Significant relevant work experience. Experience in patent out-licensing is a must.
University degree: Master of Laws.
Good negotiation, influencing and presentation skills as well as a team player mindset.
It would be nice if you also had:
Project management skills, and determination to see things through to completion.
Thinks and acts creatively in order to develop and apply new innovative approaches to complex problems.
Analytical skills and understanding of financial analyses.
Willingness to travel and to work under pressure.
Communication skills, excellent command of written and spoken English.
