- - - - What the Candidate Will Do ----

  1. Pitch to restaurants both over the phone and in person from Saarbrücken over Hessen to Bavaria, effectively communicating the benefits of Uber Eats - tailoring your pitch to highlight the value of our latest products, pricing, and initiatives.
  2. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature for potential TOP SMB restaurant partners, while ensuring each restaurant is fully set up for success on the platform - from offer strategy to menu quality and operational readiness.
  3. Structure and negotiate commercial terms that deliver value for both Uber Eats and our restaurant partners.
  4. Collaborate with onboarding, operations, and account management teams to ensure a smooth launch and strong start on the platform.
  5. Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets.

- - - - Basic Qualifications ----

  1. 3+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, with a proven ability to close deals in a performance driven company and the willingness to travel 1-2x/week (easily rent a car with our provided credit card).
  2. Proficient in German and English (a further industry relevant language is a plus).
  3. Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills - you’re comfortable influencing decision-makers and handling objections.
  4. Self-motivated and well organised, with the ability to work independently and manage a high-output pipeline.
  5. Experience with Salesforce and GSuite.
  6. Knowledge of the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus.
