Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND 9+ years experience (including internships) in Data Science/Analytics, Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and/or Operations
    • OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND 7+ years experience in Data Science/Analytics, Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and/or Operations
    • OR equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of expertise in procurement and supply chain management, with a track record in optimizing supply chain operations and driving cost efficiencies.
  • 3+ years of experience in process development, implementation, and transformation, with proven ability to lead change management initiatives and enhance organizational performance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead functional and project teams using a structed framework in support of different project workstreams, manage overall project activities, plans, and schedules associated with deliverables and milestones.
  • Lead, guide and support multiple workstream leads, subject matter experts and /or consultants through the design and implementation of targeted change strategies including identification of change impacts to people, process, policy, and structure, stakeholder identification and alignment, appropriate communication and feedback loops, success measures, training, organizational readiness, and long-term sustainability.
  • Lead and drive day-to-day change management activities while providing the appropriate levels of support and coaching.
  • Recommend appropriate new or revised change management tools and practices.
  • Bring Procurement and Supply Chain experience and expertise to help shape the vision in alignment with the overall Global Procurement core teams.
  • Baseline of current process and drive lean processes on a global and regional basis.
  • Evaluate and engage with external partners to accelerate transformation.
  • Drive change management through roll out, implementation, training and adoption.
  • Update and Gatekeep Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Design, update and maintain process workflows.
  • Follow a structured governance process across the procurement processes and procedures.
