Your Career

This role will provide dedicated administrative support to the President of North America and provide and lead support to both internal and external parties with a high level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization and PANW.

Your Impact

  • Provide sophisticated calendar management with appropriate attention to detail, and prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts - make judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements
  • Conserve the Executive’s time by reading, researching, collecting and analyzing information as needed, in advance
  • Think proactively and prioritize work
  • Coordinate and be present at most meetings, special events such as off-sites, celebrations, and team-building activities
  • Expert in coordinating all travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Managing and reconciling expense reports and purchase requisitions
  • Coordinate and manage content collection and contribution for weekly updates, presentations, meetings, and communications
  • Manage special projects for and with Executive
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment; performs additional duties as assigned by executive
  • Be responsive to emails/texts/IM/phone calls, with outside normal business hours
  • Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to handle Senior level matters
  • Represent the company and the Executive in a positive light through great follow-through skills and sound judgment
  • Work closely with the executive to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately

Your Experience

  • 10+ years of experience working at an Executive Assistant level supporting SVP & C - level leadership
  • B.S./B.A degree or equivalent experience or equivalent military experience required
  • Exhibits confidence, composure and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Expert knowledge of Google Suite applications a plus
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Outstanding attention to detail and dedication to faultless execution on tasks along with an eye for the smallest details and their impact on the larger vision
  • Expert coordinating commercial, domestic and international travel
  • Background in senior level support with capacity to navigate, digest, and make decisions effectively
  • Experience working with Executives and important customers and partners
  • Strong business sense and can decipher priorities and make excellent judgment calls when needed
  • Dedication to excellence - perform duties at the highest level possible on a consistent temperament to work with sensitive information
  • Service focus - dedicated to meeting the expectations of the supporting leader/s
  • Comfortable working across many different time zones
  • Proactive approach to recognizing needs, anticipating issues, and solving problems

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $101,000/yr to $163,200/yr. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found .
