The Senior Executive Assistant provides support to another individual or group of individuals by handling correspondence, managing calendars and appointments, arranging conferences and conference calls, making travel arrangements and providing other administrative tasks. You will be working cross-regionally and functionally to help the Europe TTS business run smoothly.

What you’ll do:

As the Senior Executive Assistant for the Managing Director - Head of TTS Europe, you will directly support this individual, and generally support the broader TTS team through managing their day-to-day calendar and the other below responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of executive level manager appointments, meetings, receptions and conference calls.
  • Assist with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (visa issuing, bookings, etc.); prepare and distribute schedules/agendas for travel.
  • Prepare, reconcile, and track expense reports through Travel and Entertainment Expense system.
  • Order supplies and process invoices through Procure to Pay system.
  • Process and follow-up on Virtual Requests.
  • Assist in planning and managing Town Hall, Senior Visits and Events, in partnership with BEO Team and Marketing.
  • Assist in ad-hoc reports special projects as needed.

What we’ll need from you:

  • Previous office administration experience preferably within a large, multi-geography and complex financial services or similar organisation.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly gain command of new systems.
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented.
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt in a highly dynamic business environment.
  • Relevant qualifications and experience.
