Markets Brand and Marketing Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute cross-sector and cross-service line timely go-to-market campaigns with a focus on demand generation.
  • Operationalize marketing processes and AI tools to elevate the impact of marketing; including sector convergence, quality of our insights, ABM, and the connectivity of marketing and sales.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Center of Excellence to align content with business priorities.
  • Manage and track campaign engagement and marketing qualified leads (MQLs).
  • Independently handle marketing challenges and maintain communication with stakeholders.
  • Support lead generation and retention strategies in partnership with Business Development and account teams.
  • Coordinate event timelines and work with teams to achieve goals.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools to drive event awareness, registration, and analysis.
  • Oversee lead capture and integration with CRM systems.
  • Analyze event success and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Ability to influence without authority and build productive relationships.


Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing or communications.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects.
What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $96,300 to $180,100. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $115,600 to $204,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
