Your Impact:
- Manage a portfolio of independent retail partnerships in Taiwan focussing on bringing quality grocery to Uber Eats customers, retention and growing existing accounts
- Build strong relationships with decision makers at C-level while managing the day to day business for merchant partners
- Acquire new business opportunities within the independent retail and mid-market segment
- Support operational processes and help define and scale new processes suitable for independent merchants
- Focus on growing accounts by selling strategic Uber services and improving operational performance
The Experience You’ll Bring:
- 6+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success, ideally with enterprise clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience managing multiple accounts and balancing competing priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to offer strategic solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments, such as marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure client success and achieve business objectives.
Ideal Characteristics:
- Experience in account management, business development, sales or partner management required
- Proven track record in building strong relationships with partners and achieving sales and business objectives
- Commercial acumen. Understanding of how businesses and organizations work and how to navigate a partner's business
- Hands on problem solver mindset, proactive, creative and flexible
- Experience in the grocery and retail segment preferred
- Project management and experience with mass account management preferred
- Marketing planning experience preferred: Ability to initiate and develop comprehensive media campaigns, including strategy creation, budgeting, media selection, and execution
