About the RoleThis role focuses on working efficiently and effectively with a high-volume portfolio of SMB partners by deepening the relationship to increase retention as well as grow revenue and expand service by upselling marketing products.
What You'll Do- Manage a portfolio of Uber Eats scalable & semi-scalable SMB restaurant partners in two of our core TUs (Central and SE)
- Analyze data and identify business needs to turn into projects
- Define and implement the strategy to grow and improve experience from our partners
- Build processes and standardize best-practices within merchant success and your territory
- Proactively maintain scalable communication channels
- Upsell merchants on marketing products (ads, offers, etc) and unlock investment & operations opportunities from key partners
- Partner with our operations and support on managing the relationship, issue, and questions of merchants
- Track KPI and OKR to understand their success, issues, or opportunities (for all the portfolio from your team)
- Conduct regular business reviews (quarterly, monthly) to review sales, marketing, etc
- Excellent interpersonal skills in Spanish and English
Basic Qualifications- Data proficiency: being able to take basic commercial data and making it digestible to our merchant partners and your team
- 4+ years ideally working with high-volume accounts portfolio management, operations and analytics with a proven track record in quantitative fields: sales operations, consulting, strategy
- Stakeholder management with a wide range of levels & areas
- Experience upselling promotional products and ads
- Outstanding work ethic and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills that enable you to optimally listen, interpret, transmit and present initiatives
- English proficiency
