• Managing your sales region – Belgium, by engaging with new and existing customers
• Handling the daily customer inquiries and leads
• Growing key end-user accounts
• Increasing profitable project opportunities and achieving sales targets for the Industrial Adhesive and Tapes business
• Drive success through strategic collaboration with Marketing, Application Engineering, and Channel Management to secure large opportunities, elevate win ratios, refine customer solutions, and leverage converter and distribution networks.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales position including experience with clients in the industrial manufacturing sector
• Strong account and project planning skills
• Fluency in Dutch, English & French.
• Proficient with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce), and Office 365
• Valid driver’s license

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include

• Technical background or are highly interested in product/process engineering
• Prioritization & Communication Skills.
