“Clear Gate-2” materials shortages in order to send parts to the floor for completion for our APU value streams.
Coordinate production schedule and plans.
Maintain and achieve team scoreboard objectives.
Attend daily Tier Meetings to report status, identify barriers and drive schedule on time to customer needs.
Update ERP system continually to reflect accurate production order status and material shortages
Solve problems independently and ensure materials are in stock to meet company requirements, while maintaining acceptable inventory levels
Engage and follow up with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of materials and production plans with customer requirements.
Help develop standard work to implement materials planning and scheduling best practices.
As a non-exempt, indirect employee, you will work onsite, 5 days per week, with opportunity for weekday and Saturday paid overtime on a regular basis.
YOU MUST HAVE
High School Diploma,
2+ years’ experience in Integrated Supply Chain (Materials Management, Planning, Scheduling, Operations, Purchasing, or Customer Support) within the aerospace industry
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar) is required. Ability to rapidly gain proficiency with material and enterprise resource planning (MRP, ERP) systems such as SAP.
Familiarity with military and Federal Aviation Administration requirements (14CFR Part 145 – REPAIR STATIONS; and Part 43 - MAINTENANCE, PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE, REBUILDING, AND ALTERATION) for servicing aircraft turbines and components

WE VALUE
General manufacturing and/or repair & overhaul environment is not required but is highly desired, as is experience in aviation and aerospace manufacturing.
A college degree is not required but will differentiate strong candidates.
Additional competency in MS-Teams and MS-Office suite is desired.
