Work with real-time report dashboards and territory managers to prioritize service of commercial jobs
Work with scheduling tools to ensure Commercial Field Service Technician (CFST) schedules are accurate and up to date for technicians in North America
Work with the O&M Commissioning Manager to plan for upcoming commercial commissioning cases
Assist in creating and scheduling preventative maintenance requirements based on contract obligations
Work with the territory field service managers to ensure service level objectives are met
Coordinate Commercial Field Service Technician trainings
Arrange rental equipment and purchasing required for service work and perform other related duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring
Must be able to work from complex and detailed documentation and/or verbal and written instructions dependent on situation
Strong computer skills. Comfort with Microsoft office and cloud-based computing programs and have command of the English language, both written and verbal
Must be reliable, committed, and quality focused with knowledge of solar and energy storage equipment is desired
Ability to follow oral and written instructions, establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with managers and technicians, communicate and function well in an office setting, and perform daily scheduling and tracking
Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
Ability to work in a team-based environment and achieve common goals. Maintain and perform at a top level of professional integrity
