Your role:
Advise on and execute short-term supply chain policies.
Identify and implement performance improvement opportunities.
Analyze main KPIs, root causes and corrective actions.
Implement new systems, processes, and Lean projects.
Analyze supply chain data to supportplanning and sales.
Monitor inventories including annual counting.
Analyze supply chain data to support sales, production, and purchasing.
Ensure budgets and schedules meet targets.
Track and analyze cost drivers to identify savings opportunities.
You're the right fit if:
You have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business Administration).
You possess an understanding of ERP systems and Lean methodology.
You have strong communication, negotiation, and data analysis skills.
You are proactive, motivated, and curious.
You are fluent in English and Italian.
You can interact with various departments and work in a matrix organization.
You have internship experience in supply chain or a related field (a plus).
