In this Role, You Will:

  • the P&L for the New Cardio division in the Southern Cluster.
  • Developand execute sales and marketing strategies to sustain double-digit growth.
  • Planand control expenditures to meet sales objectives within budget.
  • Attract, develop, and retaintop talent, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with BSC values.
  • Implementaccount tiering strategies to enhance sales execution and productivity.
  • Drivemarketing excellence through coherent planning and execution across markets.
  • Cultivateand maintain relationships with major accounts and key stakeholders.
  • Monitorindustry trends and competition to position the organisation for success.


Knowledge & Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required; an MBA is preferred.
  • Strong sales track record in the medical devices industry, with marketing experience valued.
  • Senior management experience leading sales teams in a matrix environment, ideally within the medical device industry.
  • Fluency in Italian or Spanish and English required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proven ability to influence Key Opinion Leaders and analyse financial data.
