We are looking for a seasoned Industrial Systems Administrator with 7-10 years of experience in managing and supporting IT infrastructure within an industrial or manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be adept at installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows 7 to Windows 10 operating systems, as well as providing client configuration and support for a range of services including PAMS, NTP, DNS/DHCP, SCCM, KMS, AV/EP, and BC/DR. This role requires a blend of technical expertise with an understanding of the unique challenges presented by industrial workstations and manufacturing settings.

Experience required:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems on industrial workstations and manufacturing equipment.
• Provide client configuration support and resolve complex issues related to PAMS (Privileged Access Management Systems).
• Manage network time protocol (NTP) services to ensure synchronization across industrial systems.
• Oversee DNS/DHCP services to maintain network connectivity and address resolution within the industrial network.
• Utilize SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) for system updates, inventory management, and application deployment on industrial workstations.
• Administer KMS (Key Management Services) for Windows license activation and compliance in an industrial setting.
• Implement and maintain antivirus/endpoint protection (AV/EP) solutions to safeguard industrial systems against threats.
• Providing support in Developing, implementing, and testing business continuity (BC) and disaster recovery (DR) plans specific to the industrial environment.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure IT systems align with operational requirements.
