IAM Technologies and Tools:
- Proficiency in IAM tools such as Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, SailPoint, and Microsoft Azure AD.
- Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions like CyberArk and Beyond Trust.
Directory Services:
- Deep understanding of LDAP, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory.
- Experience with directory synchronization and federation services like ADFS and Azure AD Connect.
Authentication and Authorization:
- Strong knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, Kerberos, etc.).
- Experience in implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Access Control:
- Expertise in Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC), and Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC).
- Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) tools.
M365 Integration and Management:
- Experience with Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and the Security and Compliance Center.
- Proficiency in Power BI for data analysis and reporting, with the ability to create and manage dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
- Experience with Yammer for enhancing internal communications and collaboration within the organization.
- Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) within the M365 environment.
- Manage and secure M365 workloads and services, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Integrate IAM solutions with M365 services and applications.
- Knowledge of M365 licensing models, including the management and optimization of licenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with licensing agreements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Active Directory and a variety of IAM tools.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 workloads, including assessment and migration strategies.
- Familiarity with cloud identity solutions and hybrid identity models.
- Experience with LDAP, MFA, SSO, PowerShell scripting and automation of IAM tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications in IAM and Microsoft 365 are highly desirable.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in IAM and M365 administration and migration.
