Designation:EUC Engineer
–End User Computing (DWP) consultant is a specialist role and involve the following roles and responsibilities:
- Design, and implement Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
- Develop and execute migration strategies for transitioning to Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms.
- Design and implement Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) solutions, ensuring seamless integration with on-premises Active Directory.
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of M365 services, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Manage and maintain Active Directory and Azure AD environments, including user and group management, policy enforcement, and security configurations
- Implement and manage security measures for M365 and Azure AD to protect against threats and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures for data governance, retention, and compliance.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for issues related to M365, Exchange Online, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate cloud services with existing infrastructure.
- Provide expert guidance and training to IT staff and end-users on best practices.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in M365, Azure AD, and related technologies
- Migrate legacy systems to M365 and AzureAD, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Configure and manage Exchange server environments, including mail flow, security, and compliance settings.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and service records.
- Provide expert guidance on M365, AzureAD governance, compliance, and best practices.
Desired Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7-9 years of experience in IT with a focus on M365, IAM, and Exchange.
- Deep understanding of M365 services and architecture.
- Proven experience with IAM principles and technologies, including Azure AD, SSO, MFA, and conditional access.
- Strong background in Exchange server management and migrations.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on customer service.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, or similar are highly desirable.
