Key Responsabilities and Tasks
Responsible for selling SAP's products and solutions and certain partner solutions for the utilities and public sector. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with SAP's customers, prospective customers, partners -- and for maintaining customer satisfaction. Identifies opportunities and generates demand where SAP's capabilities as an integrated solution addresses a customer's business need. Supports efforts to ensure solutions are adopted and value is realized. Responsible for the continuity and expansion of the customer’s ongoing business with SAP. Focused on named existing and/or prospective accounts.
- Build Customer Centric Strategy: Understand customer business goals and develop strategic plans; manage executive relationships; align SAP solutions portfolio to deliver value.
- Drive Cloud Revenue Growth: Expand SAP solutions footprint aligned with customer goals; focus on renewals, retention, and expansion; manage pipeline; provide sales handover to implementation partners.
- Guide Customers into the Future: Ensure successful cloud adoption and consumption; articulate the value of cloud migration; maximize customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate Internally: Align SAP account team and partners with customer requirements; foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Maintain Customer Visibility: Regularly review and adjust strategies; ensure continuous positioning and delivery of value.

Experience & Educational Requirements
