Your Impact:

  • Lead the execution of complex, high-visibility technology programs across Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, and AI initiatives with direct business impact
  • Drive program excellence through sophisticated risk management, dependency coordination, and resource optimization across multiple simultaneous initiatives
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to remove barriers, make critical decisions, and ensure program success at enterprise scale
  • Establish and maintain program governance frameworks that enable speed, quality, and consistency in delivery
  • Develop and implement execution strategies that balance aggressive timelines with technical complexity and organizational change
  • Create and manage executive-level reporting frameworks that provide transparency and enable data-driven decisions
  • Build and lead high-performing virtual teams across technical and business functions

Your Experience

  • 15+ years of hands-on program execution experience, with demonstrated success leading large-scale technical initiatives
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technology programs
  • Strong technical background with deep understanding of Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, and AI/ML implementation challenges
  • Experience managing critical dependencies across multiple technical workstreams and stakeholder groups
  • History of successful partnership with executive stakeholders in high-pressure delivery environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) is expected to be between $192,000 - $251,000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found .
