Basic qualifications:
Pursuing amaster’s degree with a target graduation date of December 2024 or May 2025
Previouswork experience in Human Resources or related field
Ability to start internship program on June 9,2025in Minneapolis, MN
Preferred qualifications:
xperience andexpertiseintalent management or a related Human Resources function
Effectivewritten and verbal communication skillswithin a business context
Experience building presentations andutilizingbasic data visualization techniques
Strong analytical, problemsolving and critical thinking skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $29.42 - $39.23 - $43.15 Job postings typically remain open for approximately 20 days of the posting date listed above, however the job posting may be closed earlier should it be determined the position is no longer required due to business need.
