Corporate Audit Servicesis U.S. Bank’sindependent internal audit organization and third line of defense10-week paid internship will give youexposure to internal auditthrough a mix of on-the-job experiences, formal training, and immersion into a network ofinternal auditors

As an internal audit

  • Get hands-on experience working on projects tosupport the engagement team in successfully conducting assignedaudits

  • Involvement in audit engagement planningto include support of interviewing auditees,identifyingand analyzing business processes, andidentifyingkey risks andcontrols

  • executives

  • Build a supportive community of peers through a variety of cohort strengthening activities such as social events and developmentworkshops

  • Ensure adherence to all applicable CAS policies and procedures and Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Standards and Codes ofEthics

  • Learn from and apply coachingreceived

  • Give back to the communities where we live andwork

  • Perform other duties as requested by management

Basic Qualifications

  • Pursuing aBachelor’sdegree with a target graduation date of December 2025or May 2026

  • Ability to start internship program on June 9, 2025

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to think and work independently,a professional demeanor, and have high energy with a cando attitude.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.

Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications and word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations

Familiarity with datamanagement and analytics tools and concepts.

Pursuing a degree inaccounting, finance, economics, management information systems, data analytics, or similar discipline.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $20.63 - $27.50 - $30.25 U.S. Bank accepts applications for this position on an ongoing basis.
