A successful candidate will build a strong relationship with BizOps & Sales and manage their responsibilities with timeliness, accuracy, and diplomacy.
How will you make an impact?
- Lead projects related to Salesforce, which includes process improvements, change requests, and Go-To-Market initiatives.
- Work with business units to define and document project scope, requirements, timelines, and expectations and to report potential conflicts to management for evaluation.
- Develop, manage, and maintain the detailed project schedule throughout the project life cycle, assuming complete ownership of all aspects of the project delivery
- Identify project priority conflicts and report any issues affecting overall project delivery.
- Work as a key interface point for business stakeholders, project submitters, and the development team to identify, discuss, and resolve any issues related to functional system delivery.
- Communicate and lead meetings to provide project status to stake holders and executives.
- Provide timely support to Salesforce users and become the SME for Salesforce process and procedures.
- Supporting ad hoc projects and report requests as needed
Have you got what it takes?
- 5+ years as a Salesforce Administrator or advanced Salesforce user
- 5+ years of experience in managing projects related to Salesforce.
- CPQ experience is a plus.
- Understand complex Salesforce environment.
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Self-starter, takes initiative, and can work without supervision.
- Effectively communicate with interpersonal skills
- Salesforce Admin certification or similar experience
- Experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Detail-oriented, strong business acumen, deadline-focused.
- Proactive mentality on process improvements and issue resolutions
