What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- Workstation setup and breakdown
- Event setup and breakdown
- Daily walkthroughs (checking common spaces and furniture resetting)
- New hire setups IT inventory (monitors, mice, keyboards)
- Ad-Hoc Requests (desktop setup, relocation)
- Furniture assembly and installation
- Forklift utilization
- 1+ years of relevant experience in a corporate, retail, or industrial/warehouse setting
- Ability to lift and/or carry or push up to 35 lbs.
- Advanced knowledge of building/installing furniture & partition grids
- Excellent listening skills, organizational skills, & strong communication skills with leaders & executors
- Availability to work weekends/nights as needed in order to meet schedule demand under constant changing priorities/demands
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), BlueBeam Revu, & competent computer skills
- Creating an excellent workplace may require you to take on Workplace and Facility tasks that may be beyond your typical day to day responsibilities
