Responsibilities Include:

  • You will be responsible for cross functional Business Management support.
  • You will partner with the AML Business Support team to input and cascade key actions/requirements for the functional teams.
  • You will contribute to financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication.
  • You will provide oversight on HRD team for delivery and control (Routine deliverables, Training, Control performance)
  • You will have responsibility to deliver key LOB routines in readiness for executive leadership presentation and discussion.
  • You will act as deputy and cover for the HRD Business Support lead.
  • You will participate and or lead in ESAT events/activities to improve City/HRD level performance.
  • You will identify areas of opportunity for continuous improvement and drive strategic changes on potential risk concerns identified.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience within a business management or support role would be advantageous.
  • Can also demonstrate a good business knowledge of Global Operations, Global Markets, Global Banking Operations.
  • Good understanding of financial forecasting and cost/headcount management.
  • Understanding of risk, regulatory and compliance.
  • Overseeing and contributing to financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication
  • Team player with ability to take initiative/ownership of tasks and partner across teams.

Additional Skills:

  • Advanced/Power user for Excel and PowerPoint, works with data and reporting on a daily basis and able to build visualisation and narrative using PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Able to multitask at speed while delivering quality output, is pro-active and willing to learn.
  • Organizationally savvy and strong influence skills; can work across organizational lines and regions to gain consensus and buy-in from senior stakeholders; leverages relationships to influence outcomes and drive decisions.
