You will be joining a team of 13 based across UK & Ireland with average time served between 3 - 4 years.

You will gain significant exposure from Day 1 to executive leadership and exposure to the key topics and focus areas where Compliance and Operational Risk time and effort is being targeted.

Through this role you will increase knowledge of a range of COR programme elements to open opportunities for further career development.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary role is to assist the EMEA COR COO team and the EMEA COR Programme team in the creation & compilation of governance submissions covering EMEA, MLI and BofASE up to Board level submissions.
  • Routine engagement with key International GCOR stakeholders (Dir. and MD level) and supporting the preparation of key documents which feed into critically important executive and regulatory routines.
  • Additional roles will include the support for and eventual ownership of the coordination of, and reporting of specific programme elements across the whole EMEA COR team which are fundamental to the independent oversight untaken by the EMEA COR Programme team.

What we are looking for:

  • The ability to write in clear concise non-technical English to ensure submissions are in "executive ready language"
  • The ability to coordinate requests and receipt of information from stakeholders across several concurrent areas of work.
  • The ability to muti-task across a series of workstreams with short-term deadlines.
  • Project management skills including the ability to give clear direction of actions/requests and timelines from executive leaders support coordination & submission across a wide range of senior stakeholders.
  • Able to support stakeholders in preparation for important governance routines and escalate where deadlines are at risk of being missed.
