The Compliance and Operational (COR) Program Oversight Specialist, under supervision of a Policy Implementation leader, contributes to the successful implementation of the Global Compliance and Operational Enterprise Policy (GC Policy) compliance and operational risk management activities by COR officers. This role may communicate with and resolves questions and concerns of COR officers regarding the APAC Compliance and Operational Risk program. The COR Program Oversight Specialist assists in monitoring compliance officers adherence to the GCOR Policy requirements. This role tracks that work is completed in alignment with set timelines and assists in combining and reporting data from process outputs for the APAC COR Officer for the Front Line Units or Control Functions. The COR Program Oversight Specialist supports consistent quality of activities, processes and outputs through review of deliverables.

Responsibilities:

APAC GBAM COR Program Oversight Specialist is accountable for contribution to the requirements in the GC Policy aligned to COR officers, including but not limited to the following activities:

  • Coordination activities related to Compliance and Operational Risk program.
  • Reporting on status on Compliance and Operational Risk program activities being covered in the APAC region.
  • Assist the Regional COR Lead in reporting of key COR metrics across the region.
  • Engage other APAC COR officers, Enterprise Areas of Coverage roles, and horizontal function roles to provide oversight of FLU and CF activities.
  • Execute governance, management routines and building APAC regional COR reports for governance meetings across the region.
  • Escalate COR program concerns to APAC Compliance Program lead.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 3 Year Experience
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent Required
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excel and PowerPoint
