Your Impact
- Lead a team of sales leaders and field sellers to drive revenue attainment while continuously building a robust pipeline, and landing new customer logos
- Build a holistic sales execution plan focused on short-, mid- and long-term objectives to achieve sustainable growth
- Deeply understand Mittelstand customers’ needs by doing research and applying data to develop insight into their priorities
- Bring support to your team by leading account plan reviews and supporting key customer meetings yourself
- Deep dive into regular territory pipeline and forecasting activities to coach direct reports on strategies to drive closure
- Lead from the front and actively engage in relationship building and opportunity development supporting your team in closing opportunities
- Foster a high-performance sales culture that delivers results in bookings, sales development, and forecast accuracy while simultaneously mentoring and developing your team
- Ability to communicate with leaders at all levels, including C-suite and establish open and trusting relationships
- Develop a winning team through targeted recruiting and training upholding our core values
Your Experience
- Experience and knowledge of SaaS and cloud-based architectures, ideally in a networking and/or security context
- Experience and network with channel and partner sales models
- Proven ability to create diverse and high-performing teams in a rapidly growing sales environment
- Visionary and experienced in motivating a team to the highest standards and performance
- Year over year track record of successful sales pipeline building, associated pipeline management and conversion
- Highly driven with an execution focus, a strong sense of urgency and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Track record of consistently delivering revenue numbers and goals while maintaining a focus on team development and growth
- Proven ability to organizational agility
- Excellent at influencing others, both externally and internally in a matrix environment; ability to communicate effectively and build consensus across various functional groups to achieve goals
- Being a great team player, building excellent rapport and collaboration with cross-functional teams

- Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English (written and spoken)
