Responsibilities
Lead our technical Go To Market (GTM) strategy for Named Accounts team in partnership with our Named Sales Leaders
Grow the SE organization externally through recruiting and internally through mentorship to ensure our SE's continue building knowledge and growing in their careers.
Partner with Sales leaders and teams to support the sales of WalkMe through understanding of customer requirements, and demonstrating the value of how our software solves digital adoption over multiple use cases
Scale the team through use of value-based demos to tell the story of WalkMe from a clients' perspective
Create feedback loops between our customers and product team to inspire product direction and feature priorities
Establish goals, operational objectives and work plans for the EMEA SE management and their team members
Review objectives to determine success of EMEA Sales Engineering function and communicates to Sales and SE management team quarterly
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
10+ years experience in the software/SaaS industry with pre-sales management experience and passion for building and supporting diverse teams
Experience partnering with enterprise sales teams within B2B software industry
Analytic, data-driven mindset for setting up and measuring team staffing and other key delivery metrics
Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Value Selling or the Challenger Sale and the alignment of the technical win
Experienced in building a team in a remote environment, including hiring new members and developing the career growth of the existing team
Experienced in managing your function of the organization including goals, budget, strategy and you can create a positive team culture.
