WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Tool Administration:Manage the implementation, configuration, and administration of non-Salesforce sales tools, ensuring they are optimized for user effectiveness.

- Reporting and Analytics:Generate insights and reports from various tools to help inform strategic decisions and improve sales processes.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or 2+ years of experience in a sales operations, systems administration, or technical support role, preferably in a technology or cybersecurity company.
- Proficiency in sales enablement tools such as Gong, ZoomInfo, ChurnZero, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
