Shape the product strategy and roadmap for the Test domain of SDLC — including environments, test data, analytics, shift-left practices, and governance — ensuring balance across reliability, speed, cost efficiency, and innovation.
Drive modernization of testinfrastructure toimprove scalability, reliability, self-service, and pipeline automation.
Promote shift-lefttesting practices such as component testing, API mocking, contract testing, and synthetic/test data management.
Strengthen test analytics, observability, and metrics — enabling dashboards, KPIs, and insights into coverage, flakiness, reliability, and performance.
Act as an advocate for developers and customers, ensuring feedback is translated into impactful features and services.
Collaborate effectivelyacross engineering,infrastructure, DevOps, and product teams to deliver cohesive outcomes.
Preferred qualifications include:
3+ years of product management experience in developer productivity, test infrastructure, or related domains.
Strong understanding of software testingpractices (unit,integration, end-to-end, performance) and test environment orchestration.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, developer workflows, and release engineering.
Experiencewith containerizedenvironments (Docker,Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Proven record ofleading cross-functionalinitiatives and delivering technical products at scale.
Excellent communication skills — able to simplify and evangelize complex technical concepts.
Hands-on exposure to test tools and infrastructure platforms is highly desirable.
