In Global Mobility, we help our clients manage the complex compliance and reporting risks inherent in deploying a globally mobile workforce and obtain the best value from this vital talent. We place great importance on providing valuable tax and immigration planning advice in order to facilitate the most cost effective and efficient operations for our clients.

As part of a MENA team, you will be providing high quality services to the most iconic UAE and regional clients across a range of industries. You will look after service delivery, coordination, issue resolution, and contract management of large-scale projects where you will need to execute the delivery of Mobility services by EY teams in the region.

Your key responsibilities

You will work hand in hand with our Mobility, immigration and tax professionals to help deliver our clients’ compliance and reporting needs. Specifically:

  • Manage immigration/employee tax/mobility projects in in the Middle East region, focusing on both inbound and outbound projects
  • End-to-end responsibility for the financial side of the projects
  • Coach, train and motivate junior personnel
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and providing consistently high levels of client service
  • Build relationships both within the firm and externally with clients, identifying opportunities and managing expectations
  • Adherence to Quality and Risk Management processes.
  • Contribute to winning new work by proactively managing existing clients and contribute to winning new clients.

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • Strong technical skills and keen to develop further
  • 5 years’ experience in employee Mobility area (expat tax, HR policies, immigration).
  • Ideally experience working in EU, US or UK markets.
  • Experience working within professional services
  • A degree of flexibility to meet client /department needs and deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Client focused and commercially aware
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and pragmatically
  • Excellent communicator in range of situations both written and oral
