Required Qualifications
· 3+ years experience in software development lifecycle, large scale computing, modeling, cyber security, anomaly detection
o OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Risk Management, Cyber Security, or related field
o OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
· 4+ years experience in software development lifecycle, large scale computing, modeling, cyber security, anomaly detection
o OR Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Risk Management, Cyber Security, or related field
o OR equivalent experience.
· Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certification, Security+ Certification, or relevant certification.

• Partner with stakeholders across the company to build, drive, and evolve Microsoft’s AI Security and Safety response process.
• Analyze security & safety issues to determine their root cause, harm category and impact. This includes setting up complex environments and assisting with recommended mitigations.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to represent Microsoft with external individuals and organizations reporting AI security vulnerabilities and safety issues.
• Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance data to identify and recommend process improvements and automation.
• Exercise and grow subject matter expertise in AI safety and security, security operation processes, and provide clarity and guidance to others.
• Demonstrates a technical curiosity and passion for technology and artificial intelligence, continuously seeking to learn and apply new AI technologies and methodologies.
